[Mono-winforms-list] Problem with animation Gif

I submitted a bug about animated gif with a sample app.

If the gif is loaded from resources, it does not work. If it is loaded from
file it works.
Notice: you must not call Bitmap.MakeTransparent(). This would remove all
frames.

Untar the attachment, open the solution with MD under linux, run it
and choice the gif file in the output dir with the open file dialog.

Here that's work like a charm :-)
