Go to the fedora rawhide repos and grab 2.4.2.3 from there is probably
easiest. Remember to grab libgdipus, mono-*, ibm-* and bytefx-*

Not sure if RHEL5 has yum installed by default. If it does, you can possibly
use that to cut the problems.
