[Mono-winforms-list] How to localize common dialogs?

Hi,

being new to Mono, I noticed the following problem:
I'm using German OSes and expected common dialogs (like OpenFileDialog) to
show up with localized strings. Instead, I only get English strings. I tried
this on WinXP, OSX 10.5 and Ubuntu 8.10 without success.

Any hints?
