[Mono-winforms-list] Creating setup for windows and Mac

HI All, 

I have created an windows application in mono framework. I have tested the
application in windows and mac in command prompt, (using mono command), it
is working fine. Now I want to create a setup , so that the enduser can
install it on their machine. Can I know how to create an installer for both
mac and windows for this application.
