[Mono-winforms-list] Multiline TextBox has wrong height.

Having a .NET Windows Forms application, a multiline text box (with anchors
on all 4 sides) behaves differently under .NET and Mono (Please ignore the
different content of the text box):

1.) Correct, under .NET:

Question: Any idea what causes this and how to avoid?
