[Mono-winforms-list] Printing examples

Hi,

Can anyone point me at some decent how-to's for printing using .NET? I
need to be able to print graphics and formatted text. I can print text
quite easily, but not graphics.

I'm writing an application which needs to print off forms, so this is
pretty essential.
