[Mono-winforms-list] Problem with using webbrowser

I have the same problem.

I even reinstall the newest firefox

When I check my program with MoMA. There is a warning below:

Calling Method Method with [MonoTodo] Reason 
void .ctor (Uri) void WebBrowser..ctor () Stub, not implemented 
 
Is the WebBrowser has not Constructor???
