[Mono-winforms-list] Minimized window painting patch

This seems to be closer to the way the classic Windows theme paints minimized windows (now that we use SystemInformation.MinimizedWindowSize).
I have a problem testing this. When I test MWF on .NET Framework (with Microsoft's System.Drawing), minimized windows are painted with the control background color. Is this a bug in MWF or does it rely on some special behavior in Mono's System.Drawing?
