[Mono-winforms-list] Theme selection

This is fine.  Mono has not supported the 1.0 profile for many years 
now.  Please commit!

That case would probably require fixing the code related to Visual Styles in Application and VisualStyleInformation. I can try to do that if you want. My opinion is that we should support it.
