[Mono-winforms-list] Resgen2 1.2.6 crash

The main guy doing the work has grabbed bits and pieces of code and such
from many places all over the Internet without worrying about copyright so I
would not trust it. I don't know if he understand Fair Use, but he's relying
on it very much! ;-)
I found 2 smaller ResX files that also poop out that are likelier to be less
of a problem because they have many less resources so if you want a test
case, I can try to dig up one. Or you could assert Fair Use b/c a test case
is not trying to exploit a copyright!
