[Mono-winforms-list] Enabling VisualStyles in the 1.1 profile

Hey!

Do you think this is all that will be needed for 1.1?

If this is it, I guess that's fine.  But if it is going to require more 
effort than this, I am inclined to say lets just not enable it for 1.1 
and only focus on 2.0.
