[Mono-winforms-list] MDI fixes

Hi,

#328019 - Some error messages still showing in console, I am looking
for a solution.

#325473 - Checked and mark as duplicated. Normally I close the bug
report that is less complete but in this case I will mark this as
duplicated because #325434 theres a patch.

$325433 - I just apply in svn r86941 the parts of patch that fix this
bugs, small patches is better than a big one, more easy to test and
track.

#325434 and rest of patch - The rest of fixes in your big patch I will
apply step by step until tomorrow, is more easy to track and test
small patches so just check comments in #325434.
