[Mono-winforms-list] Attaching a pane to a window

Hi,

Is there any way I can connect a pane to a window so that I have on the
right an off shoot looking like this

             |
-------------+
             |
             |------+
             |      |
             |      |

If the window hits the side of the desktop, the pane moves inside of the
window as well?

It's a feature of RISC OS that I'm yet to see in either .NET or Gnome.
