You need to actually set the variables, or put them in front of your
executable (AFAIK):

export MONO_LOG_LEVEL=info
export MONO_LOG_MASK=dll
Form1.exe

*or*

MONO_LOG_LEVEL=info MONO_LOG_MASK=dll mono Form1.exe
