Does it looks like bug #74013 ? either the first part (endian bugs
introducing bad colors) or the later part (crash) ?

If so add yourself to the bug c.c. (if not then fill a new bug report).
That way you'll get automatically notified if anything change wrt to the
issue.

Sadly there's too many cases where someone said something about a year
ago about known issue in gdiplus/cairo. Some were fixed, others still
exists. In any case bugzilla knows best.
