[Mono-winforms-list] Why tabcontrol is not displayed

More than two weeks ago I reported an issue where tabcontrol is not 
displayed in form.

Chris Toshok responds to this saying that this is fixed in SVN.

I tried 1.1.18 and yesterday's monocharge but the problem persists.
What I'm doing wrong ?
Where to obtain dll file containing this fix ?
