[Mono-winforms-list] MainMenu no longer working.

I've just installed Mono 1.1.18 (stable release) and in my test projects the
MainMenu controls are no longer working.  They sort of respond to clicks,
but don't drop down the subordinate menu items.  Is this a known issue?
