[Mono-winforms-list] Is it reasonable to use monochare

Bug http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=79911 describes issue where
probably Deserialize() method call causes application exit.

In comment to this bug Chris wrote:

"this should have been fixed by svn revision 67551, which happened
after 1.2rc0.  Please retest (and reopen if it's still broken) with
the 1.2.1 when it comes out, or with SVN head."

Is it resonable to use monocharge for testing and running applications and issues like this?
Will latest monocharge  contain always latest dlls compiled from SVN head ?
