[Mono-winforms-list] Dock Panels?

Just looking at the source, DockPanel makes quite a few calls to win32
api functions in user32.dll (and one in kernel32.dll, it looks like).

So out of the box it wouldn't be possible to use it on anything but
windows.  As far as I know no one has tried to run it on windows with
mono winforms.
