[Mono-winforms-list] Programs compiled on Delphi 2005 using MWF hangs on exit

Jonathan Chambers answered that part, there is a bug on Mono on Win32, which 
is causing it. ( http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=76191 ). It's 
not WinForms related, it's a bug in the System.IO code.
