[Mono-winforms-list] fully portable IDE with GTK

I think, problems with porting Monodevelop is somewhere else than in 
GTK. MWF is cool thing with fast progress but still is not enough for 
serious production use. IMHO gtk# is much more ready for that - even if 
I'am big fan of MWF.
