[Mono-winforms-list] Realist time frame

Hi,

I'm putting together a research proposal which will involve mono and use
MWF. Realistically, how far off is a full implementation? It's just so I
know roughly what to put into the paperwork.

I have a feeling it is the first time that mono has been used in a large
scale piece of academic research (the initial test number of students
will be roughly 400)
