[Mono-winforms-list] DateTimePicker : code offered (again)

It is purely a license problem. The original license, while it allows use, 
does reserve rights not explicitly mentioned, and also has conditions 
attached to it (patents related, plus others). It doesn't matter that you 
made changes to it, you're still bound by the Microsoft license.

You can certainly try and get it released, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

The fact that you improved the control is not a problem for us, quite the 
opposite. Just the license...
