I took a look at our monodoc makefiles and we don't even have a way to 
build for WIN32 even just for the web version. Might be worth 
invesitgating. I'm trying to port gtkhtml if its possible, but it looks 
as if I will have to use libgtkhtml 2.6 because of bonobo.
