[Mono-winforms-list] mcs error

This isn't a SWF problem as much as a mono in general problem. You might 
want to ask that on mono-list instead of winforms.

However, generally speaking, do you maybe have a mismatch of libs or 
binaries on the system? Did you have an rpm version installed first and not 
yet uninstalled? I'm asking because googling gave me this:
