[Mono-winforms-list] ListBox patch for AddRange problem

I just noticed that Screen and ClientRectangle aren't on the winforms roadmap.
Did I overlook something?

I see compile errors like:
Engine/MainForm.cs(301) error CS0103: The name `Screen' could not be found in
`TagCMA.Engine.MainForm'

So commands like this won't compile:
Size = Screen.PrimaryScreen.Bounds.Size;

These properties are missing on the Form.
