[Mono-winforms-list] Willing to help Mono in developingPageSetupDialog, PrintPreviewControl and PrintPriviewDialog

I have not implemented MWF controls either, but if I were I would a have
preliminary "to do" and "not to do" list something like the following:

TO DO:
- Immerse myself in the MSDN doc on the controls you will implement.
- Create sample apps using those controls, observing in detail how they
behave.
- Get very familiar with the MWF source and how other controls are
implemented, such as other dialog  controls and other controls that may
have similar characteristics like the form and picturebox control.

NOT TO DO:
- Do not disassemble the MS .NET Framework classes to see how they
implemented their controls.  You will be very tempted to match sections
of their code which the Mono team will reject.

Dear sir/madam

I am willing to contribute to Mono WinForms, i reviewed the current
lineup of controls and components here

PrintPreviewControl, PrintPreviewDialog and PageSetupDialog has not been
undertaken by anyone..

I will like to develop these controls and components, my preference
being
1> PageSetupDialog
2> PrintPreviewControl
3> PrintPreviewDialog.

I have no prior experience in developing such kind of code, all that i
have developed are small softwares, but there is a passion within me
that says that i can accomplish these tasks if properly guided.

I request you to provide me with some guidance and entrust me with any
one of the above control or component. I will put in my best for it.
