[Mono-winforms-list] specifying the " r:System.Windows.Forms" switch in MAkeFile

Read the documentation that comes with it.

Usually, there is a setting in something like tools or options where you
can define the compiler command. I know sharpdevelop has been compiled
using Mono and used as well (there are screenshots about)

Nah. It's always a pain when you're getting used to something new and
having to learn a new development environment. The learning curve is not
that big.
