No, but the login to a read/write server as someone you're not is "closed 
away".

If you have a svn account, use your credentials. If you don't, use 
svn://svn.myrealbox.com/sourcebranches/libgdiplus-cairo-upgrade, develop 
some patches, submit them to this list, and if your patches look good we'll 
get you a read/write account.
