[Mono-winforms-list] DOS box on SWF apps

Are you compiling it as an exe or a winexe? The winexe has no
noticable difference on linux, but will suppress the dos box on
windows.

(The dos box can be useful for displaying debugging messages, and I
actually had some users complain when I figured out how to suppress
it)
