[Mono-winforms-list] Can't get libgdiplus to build from svn.

Hi guys,

I think I found the solution.

The autogen.sh for libgdiplus was detecting that I had gif support
installed (because I had libgif3g and libgif3g-dev) installed but it
actually needed libungif4g and libungif4g-dev.

All is well again.
