[Mono-winforms-list] order of installation

What is the order of install for mono?  There are many things to put on it
but nowhere does it tell you exactly what is required.  So far I have the
following

Installed the gcc
C++???
install GNU m4 1.4 for automake
Install libtool 1.4 for fontconfig
install automake 1.4-p1 for fontconfig
install autoconfig for fontconfig

Install Gnome2 ???
Install fontconfig (for Cairo)
Install xrender (for Cairo)
Instal libgdiplus 1.0.2.tar
Install Cairo

Installation of mono
