Please don't send me mail directly. If you want help, use the public mailing
lists. There are many people who can help and I if everyone sent me mail
directly I would not have time to get any work done. Also, maybe someone
else has the same problems/question you do, and that way everyone gets the
benefit if the question is answered.

- Monodevelop does not run on windows.
- Wine is not required to run SWF on Windows.
Winforms (SWF) is currently alpha and very few applications will run.
