[Mono-winforms-list] Strange Radio Button Behaviour

The reason why I didn't actually try and trace it down and fix it is
because I was busy working on some button rendering fixes and didn't
want to break my concentration. 

Also, as an FYI, as far as I can remember the radio button was working
fine last time I was working on it (before the recent changes to
ButtonBase, so it may be tied to something in there).
