[Mono-winforms-list] libgdiplus update

Hey winformers,
Just a point to make you all aware. Recently (last Saturday),
I made some changes to libgdiplus in cvs HEAD. Those were
basically related to performance optimizations in pens and
brushes. Please let me know, if you are using libgdiplus from
cvs HEAD and facing any problems, especially with the
pens/brushes. It might be my bug. I would be happy to fix
it ;-)

Though I have tested it, my tests are not that exhaustive.
