[Mono-winforms-list] Why no longer using WineLib as base?

I think, I have red, that you no loger use WineLib as foundation.

It it right?
What foundation do you use now? Gtk+ or something other?
And why do you no longer use WineLib?

It is so portable like Gtk+, Qt and so on.
Only WINE (for running Windows-programs) need a x86 computer. But WineLib 
running on every system.

And if you _not_ using WineLib: Why do you then don't implementing with pnet 
together an SWF?
