A really dumb question:
Apart from licensing issues which could possibly be fixed somehow, would
it be a good idea to integrate some of the work done by the Portable.NET
team? I know they use their own Graphics backend (XSharp/Win32) instead
of Cairo but it all seems very modular (BTW a couple of months ago, with
some minor tweaking I made it run under mono in about an hour)
