Peter has been working on TextBox (already in SVN) and I have been
working on ComboBox (not commited yet due to SVN problems). If you can
wait to commit until the dialog is completely implemented. 

To implement PageSetupDialog does not make much sense since we do not
have System.Drawing.Printing implemented or any other kind of printing
support.
