[Mono-winforms-list] Dialog implementation and look and feel

Ok, I have decided to expose 'FontDialogForm dialogForm' variable as 
internal, inherited internal class DialogForm form the CommonDialog 
class and added internal properties to FontDialogForm for getting the 
private FontDialogForm's controls from themeing dialog layout method 
named 'LayoutFontDialog(FontDialog)'. Is it good enough?

2) How should I add internationalization support for this dialog?

3) Does any of the MWF controls is using unmanaged system resources so I 
have to use 'using' keyword when I create needed controls?
