[Mono-winforms-list] CommonDialog

CommonDialog is an abstract class, and most of the functionality will
be implemented by the derived classes. (since I can't think of any
functionality that is common between various Dialogs. So, the actual
drawing of the form can be done by the derived classes.) I already
have a version of CommonDialog which is basically sort of a
placeholder. I will send it to you in a few hours.
