[Mono-winforms-list] Dialogs

I do know that but sometimes ago I did some work on Dialogs and Peter
told me that we're certainly not going to manage this that's why I
told about implementing our own plugin system. Doing so may allow us
to make more more advanced dialogs in an easier way than the one used
by explorer.
