[Mono-winforms-list] Dialogs

I personnally agree, it should be implemented using MWF controls it
would allow having the same look and feel than in the application
using it BUT it won't allow having Microsoft networks functionnalities
in it (network neighbourhood  is normally in the dialogs, why not add
a plugin system in the future ? but it's just an idea...)
