[Mono-winforms-list] Dialogs

Hi Jackson,

I am a complete newbie to this environment (mono development, gui with
GDI, etc.), although I have plenty of programming experience. However,
if stubbing out is all that is needed, I can try to accomplish that
over the weekend. Can't provide any guarantees though :-)
