[Mono-winforms-list] ListView, TreeList contribution

Yeah I was interested by the proposition of Jordi Mas. I had to think a bit
how I my own roadmaps.

Starting this weekend, I should have some time to contribute to your great
project. I just have to spend a few days to correct bugs of a project of
mine.

Stuff like TreeView or ListBox should be rather straightforward.
ListView will be just a little more complicated as there's 4 view modes.
Furthermore dotEtiveTreeListView (let's call it etiveTLV) uses another kind
of items, but it will be an easy work to port it to the SWF way.

Maybe it could be useful as a foundation to build this thing, and just
implement the externally visible API.

I wonder if the fine folks at etive.com could assist us in this goal?
