[Mono-winforms-list] cannot get winelib.exe.so

Hello,

I am trying to run WinForm applications on Linux, Wine is installed, but I
am missing winelib.exe.so

Therfore I have downloaded winelib-0.1, and tried configure, but it stops
with an error:

Could not find wine dlls (libwine_unicode.so).

This file is for sure in /usr/lib
I have this call:

./configure --with-wine=/root/wine-20040408 --with-wine-libraries=/usr/lib -
-with-wine-dlls=/usr/lib

Does anybody know a solution to this problem, or can send me winelib.exe.so?
I have suse Linux 8
