[Mono-winforms-list] Mono 0.31 SWF Error

Hi,
  I installed Wine and compiled source for winelib and
got the shared library winelib.exe.so . This is
available in /usr/local/lib

When i try to run my WindowsForms application, i get
the following error. I have included /usr/local/lib to
my PATH, MONO_PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH. 

Could not stat /nt (No such file or directory),
ignoring drive E:
Could not stat /home/kevinj/.wine/${HOME} (No such
file or directory),
ignoring drive F:
Warning: could not find wine config [Drive x] entry
for current working
directory /home/kevinj/temp/winforms; starting in
windows directory.
Warning: L"/usr/local/lib/winelib.exe.so" not
accessible from a
configured DOS drive
Warning: L"/usr/local/lib/winelib.exe.so" not
accessible from a
configured DOS drive
wine: cannot find '/usr/local/lib/winelib.exe.so'

But /usr/local/lib/winelib.exe.so is locatable and i
don't understand why wine can't find it. ny help on
this would be appreciated.
