Ok, sorry for poking around in the dark. The problem with the loader is
that it doesn't say for what reason it didn't load a particular dll, just
that it didn't. Could be that it's not found, that there's a dependent
library that refuses to load, missing symbol, etc.
Looks like you have the proper libgdiplus links (and the proper wine
links, too)
Where is your winelib.exe.so?
