[Mono-winforms-list] New mono-wine packages

Hello WinFormers,

A new mono-wine package has been made for RH8 and RH9 and it includes a
new initialization patch from Alexandre (plus other fixes). The package
is available on Red Carpet and you can also get them from the website:
