[Mono-winforms-list] contributing to WinForms

Hi guys ,

I have some spare time and would like to contribute to
WinForms. I'm wondering what is the best place to
start. Are there any priorities etc. ? 

I'm also curious what "Need CE" in CheckOutList means.

Any suggestions ?
