[Mono-winforms-list] Error running monostub.exe.so after following directions

In the latest 'Mono Weekly News', there was a link to directions for
getting System.Windows.Forms support working through WINE. I have followed
these directions to a T (I think), but when I try to do the last step
('wine monostub'), I get the following error:

wine: cannot open builtin library for 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\monostub.exe':
/usr/local/lib/wine/monostub.exe.so: undefined symbol:
mono_domain_assembly_open

Did I miss something?
